HOBBITON, NEW ZEALAND

HOBBITON??.Did you ever heard about it??Have you watched 'TheLord of the Rings' film??If yes then you will know..I am really attracted with this Hobbiton movie set tour..Continue your reading okey.. :)

Hobbiton is a village in the Shire. It is one of the older villages located in that land, and is roughly in the center, geographically. It is the home of many illustrious Hobbits, including Bilbo Baggins, Frodo Baggins, and Samwise Gamgee. Notable locations in Hobbiton include the Mill and the Baggins' hill- mansion, Bag End. During the War of the Ring, Saruman's treachery destroyed much of the Shire, and Hobbiton suffered greatly. The Old Mill had been replaced with a noxious factory-like structure, and many trees cut down.
After the servants of Saruman had been expelled from the Shire, Sam Gamgee used magic soil from the garden of Elf-Queen Galadriel to heal the Shire in general, but with particular attention to Hobbiton area.

Discover the real Middle-earth on the most picturesque private farmland near Matamata in the North Island of New Zealand, where you can visit the Hobbiton Movie Set  from The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit film trilogy in a fascinating two-hour guided tour.

The set has been completely rebuilt and can be seen as it appeared in the films. The Green Dragon Inn is now open and is a special feature of our tours. All tours groups visit the inn as part of their tour and receive a complimentary refreshment. There are spectacular views across to the Kaimai Ranges from the rolling green hills of the movie set, which is still a working sheep and beef farm.
As the Hobbiton Movie Set is located on a real New Zealand farm, you are also offered  the opportunity to cuddle and bottle feed the pet lambs. You can relax and soak up the unique atmosphere with a great cup of coffee or a light meal in The Shires Rest Cafe, which is also available for functions, conferences or other occasions. Visit The Shire Store (below the cafe) for some special souvenirs to remind you of your visit.

NETHERLANDS GIETHOORN VILLAGE

Haluuuu...hehehe..I want all of you to take a look at my post about this unique village..Then in the next post I will write about the Hobbit place..Let's go through my post..hehe..

Giethoorn is a village in the Dutch province of Overijssel. It is located in the municipality of Steenwijkerland, about 5 km southwest of Steenwijk. Giethoorn used to be a carfree town known in the Netherlands as "Venice of the North" or "Venice of the Netherlands". It became locally famous, especially after 1958, when the Dutch film maker Bert Haanstra made his famous comedy "Fanfare" there. In the old part of the village, there were no roads (nowadays there is a cycling path), and all transport was done by water over one of the many canals. The lakes in Giethoorn were formed by peat unearthing.

Giethoorn was founded by fugitives from the Mediterranean region in around AD 1230. Giethoorn was a separate municipality until 1973, when it became part of Brederwiede. For anyone dreaming of a simple life, you may want to consider moving to Giethoorn, Netherlands.

This idyllic village has no roads, and the only access is by water over the many beautiful canals or on foot over its wooden arch bridges. The locals use punters to get around and cars have to remain outside the village.

ZHANGYE DANXIA LANDFORM, CHINA

Hellow my fellow friends..We meet again..Today I want you to play with colour..hehehe..Today we will talk about the colourful landform in China..It looks like a piece of children's coloring book. Let's explore more about it..

This layer cake of amazing colours is a real  landscape located at Zhangye Danxia Landform Geological Park in Gansu Province, a remote region in northern central China.‘Danxia’ is the name for a type of rockform, ‘Zhangye’ being this particular location.

Even for the undeniably powerful Mother Nature, creating something this arty wasn’t easy. It in fact took 24
million years of painstakingly laying down mineral deposits to form these rocks, like pouring different colours of sand into a jar. Over time these weighty layers were compressed into rock, and then a slight and unthinkably slow ripple from the collision of the Indo-Australian and Eurasian tectonic plates rumpled the landscape into those magnificent undulations to complete the effect (meanwhile also giving rise to the Himalayas). Thus the amazingness of Zhangye Danxia was formed.

The rockforms of Zhangye Danxia range in colour from deep red to yellow and green, the highly contrasting bands of colour glowing most intensely after rainfall. As the setting sun casts golden rays and a lacework of shadows across the landscape, the visual effect becomes even more stunning.

HIDDEN BEACH, MARIETA ISLANDS, MEXICO

Helloooo everyone..What are you doing??Don't forget to visit my blog okey..Have you ever noticed that there are hidden beautiful places in the world that when you found it, it will make you shocked??..If YES then we already felt it..How lucky we are to be in this world with a lot of wonderful and beautiful creature. While searching in the internet, I have found this very unique hidden beach and attracted to it..Let's get some informations about it.

The Marieta Islands are a group of small uninhabited islands a few miles off the coast of Nayarit, Mexico. They are very popular tourists destinations because of the abundant marine life populations due to the islands being protected from fishing and hunting by the Mexican government.

The Marieta Islands were originally formed many thousands of years ago by volcanic activity, and are completely uninhabited. The islands are about an hour long boat ride west-northwest from the coast of Puerto Vallarta and are visited daily by hundreds of tourists, yet no one can legally set foot on the islands. In the early 1900s the Mexican government began conducting military testing on the islands because no one lived there. Many bombings and large explosions took place on the islands causing amazing caves and rock formations to be created. After a massive international outcry, started by scientist Jacques Cousteau in the late 1960s, the government eventually decided to label the islands a national park and therefore protected against any fishing, hunting or human activity.

Protection by the government has created an environment conducive to the development of the marine
ecosystem, and is a popular location for snorkeling and scuba diving. People often report seeing sea turtles, manta rays, octopus, wild dolphins, humpback whales and thousands of species of tropical fish around the islands. The islands are also home to a few thousands birds, with species such as the Blue-footed Booby. Currently, the Mexican government allows only a few companies to go to the islands for public tours because of conservationist efforts.

PAMUKKALE, TURKEY

Hye there..hope all of you are doing fine..Seems like there are a lot of amazing places in the world till I feel like want to write about all of it..Now, this time I want to share with you about the Pamukkale in Turkey.

Pamukkale means "Cotton Castle" in Turkish, is a natural site in Denizli Province in southwestern Turkey. The city contains hot springs and travertines, terraces of carbonate minerals left by the flowing water. It is located in Turkey's Inner Aegean region, in the River Menderes valley, which has a temperate climate for most of the year.

Tourism is and has been a major industry. People have bathed in its pools for thousands of years. As
recently as the mid-20th century, hotels were built over the ruins of Hierapolis, causing considerable damage. An approach road was built from the valley over the terraces, and motor bikes were allowed to go up and down the slopes. When the area was declared a World Heritage Site, the hotels were demolished and the road removed and replaced with artificial pools. Wearing shoes in the water is prohibited to protect the deposits.

hot springs
In this area, there are 17 hot water springs in which the temperature ranges from 35 °C (95 °F) to 100 °C (212 °F). Pamukkale is a tourist attraction. It is recognized as a World Heritage Site together with Hierapolis. Hierapolis-Pamukkale was made a World Heritage Site in 1988.The underground volcanic activity which causes the hot springs also forced carbon dioxide into a cave, which was called the Plutonium meaning place of the god, Pluto. This cave was used for religious purposes by priests of Cybele, who found ways to appear immune to the suffocating gas.Tadpoles can be found in the pools.

What a wonderful creature..Here is a short video about this Pamukkale and hope all of you like it...

FAIRY POOLS, ISLE OF SKYE, SCOTLAND

Good afternoon my dear friends..hehe...I have found new beautiful and amazing place again..It is a nature beauty that have been given to us...So, don't waste your time and open your eyes widely while reading and watching about this awesome place..

If you are backpacking in Scotland generally or are planning a trip to the Isle of Skye then I heartily recommend that you visit the so-called Fairy Pools. They are part of a stream running off of the Cuillin mountains, full of vividly coloured pools of often almost still water which are punctuated by busy waterfalls. It’s best to visit on the day after a small rain shower, on a dry day with some cloud cover. That way the water levels will be topped up but not too urgent, and the cloud cover will mean that the water’s surface doesn’t reflect too much light – thereby dimming your view of the stunning colours beneath. So, that is why is is so-called Fairy Pools. It is beautiful and colourful. I am so excited to go to this place because I like to visit beautiful places.

If you want to get there by foot, follow this instruction the best way to reach the Fairy Pools Circuit on foot.
It’s not that easy to get there without a car but you can arrange for a tour of this part of the Isle of Skye if you were backpacking without a vehicle. You are welcomed to visit this place because they are really quite neglected by most visitors to the island and you might have them all to yourself, unlike some of Skye’s other attractions, such as the Old Man of Storr..

To give you the peparation and feels to to there, Please enjoy this video..Hope you like it..

JEJU ISLAND - VOLCANIC ISLAND FULL OF ALLURE

It's Korea..Surely most of you out there is the Korean drama fans right???..Im attracted to this place while watching the korean drama "Boys Over Flower"..Hope someday I can go there and feel the fresh air..yeahhhh...

Located southwest of the Korean Peninsula,  Jejudo Island  is a volcanic island in the shape of an oval that measures 73km from west to east, and 31km from north to south. As Korea’s most southern region, the weather on Jejudo Island remains significantly warmer than the mainland even during the cold winter months. Jejudo Island is sometimes referred to as “Samdado Island”  meaning the “three many” because of its abundance of rocks, women, and wind. Wind from the ocean blows steadily throughout the year and past volcanic activity has littered the island with an assortment of beautiful and unusually-shaped black rocks. The island’s reputation of having an abundance of women points back to the time when fishing was the primary means of income and many men were lost at sea.

There are many interesting place and activity you can do here..Every visitor to Jeju is sure to see their fair share of
Dolhareubang  "old grandfather stone statues". Sometimes serious-looking, sometimes almost comical, these statues dot the landscape and have become one of the most widely-recognized symbols of the island.

Another special sight are the Bangsatap, piled all around the island: at houses, beaches, and even tourist attractions. These small, round towers made of many stones were thought to ward off evil, protect the village, and bring prosperity to the people. It is because of this deep-seated belief that one can still see Bangsatap near the entranceways of many buildings.

In addition to having its own unique culture, Jeju is full of breathtaking sights and unusual attractions: World Heritage Sites (such as Hallasan Mountain and Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak) and sandy beaches alongside turquoise waters. Small mountains ((called Oreum

in Jeju dialect)) are found all across the island. There are said to be more than 365 oreums, more than one for each day of the year! The "Jeju Olle" paths offer a great opportunity to explore this unique landscape, leading visitors among quiet places off the beaten path.

NEUSCHWANSTEIN CASTLE, GERMANY'S FAIRYTALE CASTLE

Good morning everyone..Let's start our day with a bigggg smile...Today I was wondering on how the live in a castle..hhmmmm..Let's find out a little bit about it in my post.. I want to share about the Neuschwanstein Castle in Germany.

Neuschwanstein is known all over the world as a symbol of idealised romantic architecture and for the tragic story of its owner. After losing sovereignty in his own kingdom, Ludwig II withdrew into his own world of myths, legend and fairytales.

Among the castle's finest rooms are two magnificent halls. One of these, the Singers' Hall, is a larger and more exquisite version of the same room in the Wartburg, and also incorporates elements from the medieval castle's banqueting hall – though it never echoed to the sound of singing or festivities. The double-storey throne room reaches fifteen metres in height and is encircled by galleries on both floors. Its extravagant decorations dazzle in gold and blue..

Ludwig's great passion, however, was for the Hall of the Holy Grail, in which he united his nostalgia for the Middle Ages with the latest technology of the time. The king even chose to wallow in the Middle Ages at mealtimes – his dining room is a veritable shrine to the minnesingers' contest at Wartburg Castle. Ludwig's sleeping quarters show a clear Gothic influence and are even embellished with details referencing Wagner's operas. The dressing table has a swan-shaped tap inspired by 'Lohengrin'. Another well-known feature of Neuschwanstein is the grotto, whose little waterfalls and coloured lighting create the impression of a mysterious cave. Excursions to neo-Gothic Hohenschwangau Castle, which was rebuilt from 12th century ruins in 1832, and to the Roman bath at Mount Tegelberg are also recommended.

Let's twatch this video together..happy watching..

DETIAN WATERFALL, DAXIN, CHINA

Hello everyone...How's your day today???..I am very excited to let you know about this amazing waterfall I have founded.. I am sure you will be very amazed by the beautiness of this God's creation..Have a happy reading everyone..

The Detian Scenic Spot lies in Daxin, Chongzuo, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, around 145 kilometers (90 miles) from the downtown area of Nanning and neighboring Vietnam. In this scenic area, there are more than 40 tourist attractions. Among those, the most notable one is the Detian Waterfall.
This waterfall crosses the boundary between China and Vietnam and joins with the Banyue Waterfall in Vietnam. With the good name of the World's Second Largest Transnational Waterfall, it goes through three terraces as it flows down from on high. Maybe, you have seen the famous Niagara Falls and the grandness makes a very deep impression on you. Similarly, the vigorous Detian Waterfall gives you a thrilling and majestic sensation.

Below the waterfall is a deep pool to a width of more than 200 meters (0.12 miles) and a depth of over 30 meters (0.02 miles). There are a large number of big fish in the pool and the fish meat is very delicious. So, the villagers who live there often come to the pool to catch fish. They usually sing folk songs as they cast the nets. Wild songs echo in the mountains and there is a joyous, carefree and lively atmosphere on these occasions.

Besides the waterfall, there are many other attractive scenes awaiting your visit, including the Heishui River, Qiaomiao Lake, Guichun Boundary River, Shatun Waterfall, No.53 Mere Stone and numerous cultural relics and rare animals. Abundant rainfall and moderate temperature gives life to the evergreen plants covering the picturesque landscape.

Other than that, there are also other attractions in this waterfall. The Heishui River, called Black Water River in English, is ornamented by verdant plants and peculiar hills. The water, of course, is not black in color. It got the name because of the black reflections of trees and hills. When you are boating on the Heishui River, you can see the turning water wheels, the houses of minority Zhuang, the terraced farmland and the working peasants.
The Qiaomiao Lake covers an area of about 5,000 mu (824 acres) and is surrounded by green hills. The surface of the lake is very calm like a mirror. The reflections of the hills, trees and clouds are etched on the lake surface, which looks like a picturesque painting. Boat on Qiaomiao Lake, listen to the folk songs and appreciate the clear and bright moon, and you could enjoy a god-given peace out of the earthliness.

The Guichun River originates from Jingxi, Baise, Guangxi. It flows into Vietnam and then goes back to China. The two countries are bounded by this river. On one bank stand the buildings in the Zhuang ethnic minority's style and on the other bank is the outlook of another country. Think about this difference and you find it quite interesting.
The Shatun Waterfall is another famous waterfall in the Detian Scenic Spot. The fall flows down from seven terraces. Compared with Detian Waterfall, Shatun Waterfall is not so grand and powerful. It looks like a gentle woman associating herself with the enthralling nature.

The most important part when we want to travel is how do we get there and there are several ways you can use to reach this amazing waterfall.
You can choose airplane, train or coach bus to reach Nanning first and then take the coach bus at local North Passenger Transportation Center to go to Daxin County. Upon arrival at Daxin, you should transfer to the bus of the route 'Daxin – Qilong – Detian'.

Nanning → Daxin Coach Bus

ASHIKAGA FLOWER PARK IN TOCHIGI, JAPAN

Address : 607 Hasama Town, Ashikaga City, Tochigi Prefecture, Japan

Do you like flower??..Do you ever noticed that by looking at beautiful flowers it will make you happy and smile??..If you never feel it then I will bring you to this most beautiful place filled with colourful flowers..tadaaaaa...

Lets fly to Japan to exploring this wonderful flower park with the Japanese. Wisteria, or called fuji in Japanese is among their favorites.

Ashikaga Flower Park features lots of blue, white and pink fuji, as well as yellow laburnum, that look like yellow colored fuji.

One large fuji tree is 100 years old and its branches are supported to create a huge umbrella of blue fuji flowers. There is also a long tunnel of white fuji flowers, while a tunnel of yellow kingusari needs a few more years to become an actual tunnel. Yae-fuji, a variety with more than the usual number of petals, can also be viewed.

Apart from fuji, you may also find many other flowers, restaurants, and a shop selling plants and local products. There are no English descriptions and very few foreign visitors. The entrance fee depends on the season's beauty and is around 1000 Yen per adult during the fuji peak season.

The fuji in Ashikaga Flower Park are usually in full bloom in the beginning of May, one to two weeks later than the fuji of Tokyo, because Ashikaga Flower Park is considered one of the best spots to view fuji flowers in Japan, the park can be very crowded even on weekdays during the peak season.

When you have found the right place to go, now we look on how to get to the place. You can take the JR Utsunomiya Line, JR Shonan-Shinjuku Line or JR Tohoku Shinkansen from Tokyo to Oyama (only a few shinkansen stop there) and transfer to the JR Ryomo Line. Get off at Tomita Station, one station before Ashikaga Station, from where it is a 15 minute walk to the park.  The one way ride takes at least 70 minutes and 4000 yen by shinkansen or about two hours and 2000 yen by regular trains.

Alternatively, take the Tobu Isesaki Line from Tobu Asakusa Station to Ashikagashi Station. The one way ride takes about 70 minutes and costs 1940 yen by direct "Ryomo Limited Express" train or takes nearly two hours but costs only 940 yen by regular trains with transfers along the way. From the station, there are shuttle buses to the park (300 yen one way), however, they do not run on many weekdays and during winter. Alternatively, the park can be reached in a 20 minute taxi ride (about 3000 yen).

Hours and Fees:
Hours: 9:00 to 18:00 (10:00 to 17:00 from late November through February)
Closed: First Wednesday and Thursday of February, December 31
Admission: 200 to 1700 yen, depending on season
